So much going on in this scene - I love it. You have Jenny Lind, a famous opera singer at the time, winning over the audience and giving legitimacy to Barnum (actually that’s Loren Allred’s voice - Rebecca Ferguson was lip syncing). You have Zac Enron and Zendaya’s characters tentatively holding hands until his relatives give him a disapproving look. No words spoken, but you know exactly what is happening. Same with Barnum’s wife, played by Michelle Williams, realizing that her husband is enthralled with Jenny Lind, and fearing that they were having an affair. Great visual story telling.
