So some things that are a bit off in this snippet. In 1999 the first year of the 2nd generation of the truck (first gen being 1993-1995 and having a 5.8 v8 Windsor, essentially it was a work truck with a BIG motor) going till 2004 where SVT retired the name and some years later gave us the first gen raptor. But the main colors for 1999 were red, black, white then going into the 2000s brought the iconic deep blue and some deletes in Florida as well as California did yellow as a ‘dealers specific’

Yes, the 2001 silver lighting was a bad ass color. The 1999 was the first year and was only available in red or black.

. My cousin had an 02. It was raining one night and for some reason I he decided to hammer on it..... Needless to say we hit the curb sideways doing about 30. Popped all 4 wheels off and jammed the bed into the cab. What a night that was with our local police. Almost 20k in damage. Awesome truck

They didn't come just red or black, thats bullshit. A friend of mine had a silver factory paint and I had a yellow factory paint with black accents. I've seen one that was that Tangelo orange color too but I don't know for fact that was factory paint.

Whoever's making these videos is not doing the proper research. The truck was available in white and blue and those horsepower ratings are not quite accurate. It was so you could stay on speaking terms with your insurance provider.
