In the comics Storm can shoot lightning from her hands. She can channel it from the atmosphere or shoot it from her hands. There are loads of instances when shes done it. Shes used lightning from her hands inside a building where there are no clouds or windows.

I've seen people recommending the Avengers or cosmic stuff, but personally, since David has made it well known that he loves this era of X-Men, I'm personally gonna recommend X-Factor! I mean, we have the core members already (Havok, Polaris, Strong Guy, Multiple Man, Wolfsbane, Quicksilver, and Forge) and if that isn't enough, which based on the previous amount of people in groups in some other videos, it might be, but if it isn't, we also have Archangel, X-Factor Cyclops, Iceman who looks pretty similar in X-Factor as Jim Lee draws them besides Iceman being less spiky (even better if you have the retro version), and if you ignored the designs, you could throw in Jean (sad days for people who want Legends to make a non-uniform, unique costume human beast. Also, sad days for those who want another human, unique costume Angel). Plus, a smaller roster like this would be a nice bit of a break after this almost 40 minute long video. K, I'm gonna be honest, I'm only writing this because I got the Strong Guy BAF from eBay and though of the idea off the top of my head. However, I think it's my only good impulsive idea. Anyways...

@williamwallace70723 жыл бұрын
She can channel electricity because she can create the conditions that result in lighting and direct it after doing so. She can probably be affected by lightning and even the cold but it would take something like Thor to actually hurt her with it. Similar to how Cyclops is "supposed" to be immune to his own beams but that depends on who is writing.

In case you're wondering, Storm IS a god in her own way. Her people in Africa worshipped her as the goddess of the weather that they'd pray too. Storm allowed them to believe she was a goddess since 1. She could hide she was a mutant in plain sight and 2. She deeply cared about her people, and would protect them from invaders and manipulate the weather so food and crops could grow. So in the series, they adapted that into her personality. She's also extremely powerful as Xavier has classified her as an Omega Level Mutant (in other words, world ender). If you're an omega level mutant, you're basically a god as you can destroy the world single handedly. Some other omega level mutants are Exodus (his telepathic abilities can destroy the earth) Jubilee (her plasmoid power if fully used is the equivalent of 100+ atom bombs going off) Iceman (can freeze the entire surface of the earth and cause another ice age) Magneto (can manipulate the earths magnetic field, ripping the earth apart if he wanted to) Black Bolt (if he speaks just a tiny whisper on earth, it'll destroy EVERYTHING from the power of his sonic vibrations, so he never speaks) Scarlet Witch (her reality warping could completely destroy all of reality or permanently alter it) Franklin Richards (omnipotence. The kid can do anything he wants. In another timeline he turned evil and destroyed all of reality with little effort)

Here's my dream X-Men wave: -Banshee -Toad -Avalanche -Angel -Mastermind -Callisto since we have, like, no Morlock representation besides mohawk Storm, which, like, mohawk storm sucks *BAF: Blob* A lot of people would want Longshot and Mojo, but they could make that an extra big 2 pack - or, more likely for Hasbro and their greedier practices, they could turn Mojo into another BAF so people buy figures they don't want, and put Longshot in a 2 pack with some bad design for a character so that people buy a figure they don't want

That would be an amazing wave! Similarly I'm not really in to mimic. Also you totally nailed Hasbro's marketing practices!

I got every Colossus action figure ever made the first one from toybiz the other one from Mattel that wasn't that X-Men line toy line by itself and then the one from the Colossus Juggernaut 2 pack

I am DElighted that they are do the 90s versions of X-Men and associate characters, this is also my preferred era of X-Men. I also don't like how they are handling the professor right now but I think it's part of a story arc. Otherwise they've just morphed him into a character that is little different than Mr. Sinister just not quite as sinister.

Yeah they’re all just become rather unlikable. Hopefully it turns around!

@@DisplayingModelBehaviour I think it's intentional and has something to do with Onslaught, at least I hope so.

Most people's displays are mixed, villains and hero's. Well not mine. I have heros on one side of the room and villains on the other. Segregation is still a thing in my man cave. It looks cool either way

The 90'S era of both Marvel and DC comics was the best cuz the characters were how they're supposed to be, not all screwed up like they are now!

They were definitely sonnet of the most idealized ‘classic’ versions of the characters for my generation.

Jim Lee made the '90s X-Men far more famous and beloved...by the way, Cyclops is always right.
