Recipe for: The Green Goddess is a Fresh Salad Perfect for Summer. Healthy and Delicious Recipe With Only Green Ingredients!
Necessary products:
For the foundation:
1 iceberg lettuce
100 g of baby spinach
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into thin half-moons
2 sprigs of spring onion, finely chopped
1 bunch fennel, finely chopped
1 avocado, finely chopped
For the dressing:
60 ml. olive oil
100 g of mayonnaise
The leaves of half a bunch of parsley
1 clove of garlic
The juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of mustard
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Prepare the base:
Cut the iceberg lettuce in half.
Roughly chop the iceberg and add it to the bowl with the baby spinach.
Add the chopped cucumber, green onion and dill.
Finely chop the avocado and add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Prepare the dressing:
Put the parsley leaves, garlic, olive oil, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice in a blender.
Season with salt to taste.
Blend until a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Serve:
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Stir well.
Serve with toast or bruschetta, if desired.
