Just finished the book. Came across it by chance (no such thing as chance). Couldn't put it down. It brings understanding on many levels of the Israel - Palestine situation. On another level it's full of hope and truth. God is using Mosab & delivered him from darkness into the Truth. When I got to pg 228...where Mosab is sweetly and quietly baptized... I immediately began to wept from within my soul. The God of Truth is at work in me and in Mosab. Peace, joy, meaning await 'whosoever will'. A testimony... a confirmation to our souls that God is full of grace and truth, and that Jesus saves. Lovely.

835Jamie That things don't happen just by chance is affirming. I was just making an innocent comment re the happenstance of just picking up that particular book at some 'random' garage sale. I was meant to find that book and read about Mosab.. Chance is random, my life isn't. So, a short explanation of what I meant. Un-random interference in my life...some of those instances are my alters, marking changes, understanding, and order. Mosab's life isn't random either. Best wishes Jamie. And you don't need a history lesson to watch this movie, it's a spy documentary focusing on Mosab Hassans perspective, which is only natural since he is the main subject of the documentary.

I know this comment is old, but someone else mentioned that he does yoga. From listening to a lady who came out of that practice, yoga will open doors to demonic spirits and it does also brainwash people into believing this "Christ consciousness" and "oneness" with the planet and other people. Sorry I forgot the name of the lady who openly warns people of yoga. She used to be a palm reader. It's very sad how many Christians are deceived, even the ones who get baptized!
