They mention Lil' Millet (17:00) - that's the guy who first did "Rich Woman". The T- Birds covered it on their Girls Go Wild album.

Fun interview. As for the Albert Collins' band. It was Johnny B. Gayden (Garden) on bas and Ab Locke (Locker) blowing sax

I meant Jimmy Vaughan in Toronto after a show in the 90”s, you couldn’t possibly meet a nicer guy. He took the time to talk and answer questions after putting on a great show.

The two Jimmy V's, coincidently my favorites, for quite awhile now... thank you thank you thank you. Such a great show. So many quotable lines like, 'don't forget to play music'. I've been there. Overly worried about nailing a lead part and not thinking about nailing the song. Thank you.

I saw The Fabulous Thunderbirds at Jay's Cockfight bar in Cankton La. I have a picture. It has since burnt down. It was a rough joint. They served broken leg of lamb.

Brings back good memories Jimmy. My buddies worked at Alex's which was before Rudy's and I would get gear at the airport for Alex with my van. Rudy was working there too. Story. Alex had an Explorer. Eric Clapton came in and wanted it. Hot for it from seeing Don Preston's at Bangladesh. Alex didn't realize it nor Eric but it was cut down on the bottom. Years later my buddy ran into Eric and at first he was pissed because now he knew it was cut and said it. Lens response was you got it for 5,000 what's it worth now. Eric thought on it and said yeah. Let it go. So that one went thru the store plus many others. Think of the gear that came from 48th st that made incredible marks on record s.

why is there a cursor moving around on the Jimmy Vaughan side? It is very annoying and distracting from this wonderful musician, and the stories he imparts.
