The Greenery Open House 2016

On September 16, 2016, our Kelowna garden centre hosted our first Open House! Visitors were able to explore our parking lot, filled with almost 1,000 different plants! We also had 60 tomato varieties to try. We hope to see you next year!

The Greenery Garden Centre is located in Kelowna, BC. We are a family owned and operated business that is open to the public for the four Spring months each year. For over 25 years we have grown one of the largest selections of garden plants at our Okanagan nursery. In over 2.5 acres of greenhouses, we are growing crops all year in preparation for the following season.

Hi Mr.Segler.. i need help in a trailing petunia that i started month ago and today i see it is getting some black spots on leaves just a few and in the trailing stem one cover with something white? is that a deseae of the plant that is getting please tell me what to do.. i feel so sad for my frist trialing petunia and i ferterlized it every 45 days and add Iron to it too that you once told me to do because i asked if what to do if the leave turns brown and the leave look so nice HELP!!

The black spots on the petunia could be from too much iron intake but it shouldn't be a concern because the plant will grow out of the symptoms as the iron is used up. The white could be Powdery Mildew, but typically it is noticeable on the leaves. This is a fungus and we use Nova Fungicide to treat for it. Hope that helps!

oh thank you i will today go buy it as fast as lighting. its my frist petunias trailing and i want to get more.. i have it on a hanging basket do it need to be remove onto another one more bigger its growing lots of new flowers and stems poping out? so happy to hear from you. have a great day i will let you know how my beauty will go..take care.
