@@PhoenixFlamezz I grew up in Portland and was so sad when he left. My first pro game I ever went to was at the Kingdome. I remember the whole drive up asking my dad is he thought Junior would hit a HR because to me at the time that was the coolest thing I could think of. He jacked one in his second at bat, they set off fireworks and it created a memory I'll never forget.

Yankees fan here. I always viewed Griffey as the Michael Jordan of Baseball in the 90s, he was that good. It still bugs me that his career was never the same after 1 year in Cincinnati. Injuries ruined the 2nd half of his career. If he stayed relatively healthy in his 30s he definitely would have broken the HR records that Aaron and *Bonds* established. If im not mistaken his big injuries started when he was still only 31 years old(2001 season).

Missed 367 games from 2002-2006. Along with 50 games in 2001. Would have been very close, no guarantee he beats the record but damn he would have hit at least 700 - 725!

And he did all of it without the help of steroids, people don't realize that roids don't just make you stronger, they allow your body to heal much faster so that you are full blown ready for the next game, his eye sight probably would have been inhanced, his speed, power, hands peed, .... .....Bonds without juice would not be the home run leader
