Hi bro! I'm from Hyderabad. You can convert visitor visa to work visa "only" if you have a job offer that is supported by a LMIA or you need to have LMIA-exempt offer letter. Once you get this type of offer letter from employer, you can submit application for work visa. It should take 30-45 days for work visa to get approved.

Hi! You need to ensure your job responsibilities match at least 80% of the responsibilities listed in NOC code description. Check IRCC NOC Code description first for your NOC and then try to have them match your actual responsibilities.
