I am an empath and took a retail cashier job on May 10th, after having been out of work for several months. I want you to know that you were right on! Everything you mentioned and described about my life, the way it was, and is now. One of the hardest lessons was to just take it and keep my mouth shut. They dildn't believe me when I told them it was OK. I held my ground yet allowed them to make fools of themselves.
