2UR-GSE swap into the IS. Go take a listen to the Novel Japan equal length/titanium full exhaust equipped cars. GLORIOUS, would be even more so with a proper transmission behind it. Well….the 8 spd auto in the Lexus is actually a fantastic transmission, especially for its time and that it was shifting almost as fast an an 8HP back in 2008. But a true manual behind that engine would really do the noise the justice it deserves

Well Vin my wife and I only had one car for many years and since watching your channel I have developed a problem. I bought a skyline r34 gtt, an Evo x, and an imported diesel Land Cruiser. My wife drives a Camry and asked for an upgrade so now I have find her something to drive. Man, that's so frustrating with that guy backing out and changing the agreed upon price. Super frustrating man, but good on you for just powering through it and rising above it. I recently went to go pick up a K24 for a swap i'm doing, but I got there and the guy walks me over to this Civic, motor mounted in the car and to the transmission, and goes "there you go". No communication nor description in the ad said I had to pull it. I drove an hour there and another hour back in my truck, and was so pissed, but you just try to forget and move on. Great work as always man!

These are so interesting to me. it's really common for car YT'ers to showcase what it's like to own a car, but not necessarily what it's like to buy and sell a car. I think that this niche is what ChatGPT missed haha. I just went throught this whole process with my new to me car. Bagged myself a '23 Elantra N (if you're in TN, let's go to Tail of the Dragon some time. Or..... Corvette Museum's racetrack in KY? They have open track days literally every day of the week). Like you, I'll never understand people who are SELLING something that costs multiple thousands of dollars, and don't bother to take a little time to just clean the damn thing. I sold a car and took more care to actually clean it, make it look as best it could, take clean pictures of it, HIGHLIGHTED all the flaws so there would be no surprises at time of arrival, and sold it for $1500 TWICE (long story) and NO QUESTIONS ASKED both times! Both times, they saw the ad, looked at the car, said they'd take it, no haggling or anything.

I end up with a bmw 135i 2010. 3ltr, manual, change the clutch, stage 2 tune and supporting mods, then done…. Ready to enjoy 😊 No Regrets so far after a year… Problem is i keep eyeing off that M2 now….. 🙄

i had a 2004 manual is300, did the sportrack not have the 2j? is there something i'm missing about swapping to a 1j? if its really for sale what's the price? when i turned mine in i got 2600 for it with 110k miles... that was forget the year, but when i built redbull stadium in nj. now 150 k manual is 12k basically. for manual of course
