I live in Brooklyn New York (Broker, Liberty City lol) & Liberty City is a replica of New York City. Alderney is supposed to be Staten Island and it only has one train line. It’s different than the other train lines.

No Alderney is New Jersey as it is the State of Alderney ( New Jersey ) not the whole state tho. It has Alderney City ( Jersey City ) Tudor ( West Elizabeth ) Port Tudor ( Port of West Elizabeth ) and they have State police different from LCPD. Booth Tunnel ( Lincoln Tunnel ) and looks nothing like Staten island. What would make you think it's Staten island

Alderney doesn't have a train line, plus it ins't Staten Island, it's NJ LOL, it's not even where Staten is located in real life.

It's never in use, the game just teleports you there, probably because it's closer to IEC projects where the white car is.

nope, all settings are maxed out. could be because my GTX1060 has 6GB vram. :) Nvidia Shadowplay (the recording program) isn’t very good at recording though coz my actual gameplay is way smoother than the recorded video :)

apparently, the rx580 should be a bit better than the gtx1060 according to the benchmarks and comparos. and my processor is weak coz it’s just an i5 but thankfully it still delivers. maybe you need to get the patches for IV, TLAD, and TBOGT? that’s the only solution I could think of coz I remember GTA IV and TBOGT being weird even if my laptop was still new, and after the patches, finally 60fps :)
