@ they have to basically purposely hit your block to pull that off, oftentimes the endlag of the jason's m1 will prevent them from popping raging pace in time unless they have really good ping

Tip for guest you always and I mean ALWAYS want the killer to think they have the advantage so you can use your block. Ex: using a medkit or a generator.
