To find the ghoul lair, you can pull up the map and look for a brown circle. There should only be 1, but sometimes it's hard to spot because the lair spawned on the edge of the map, next to town, or by some other POI that distorts the brown circle shape.

You need to do the barman quests to unlock maps. The quest to unlock makeshift is called "Towards Makeshift Camp"

Great content! you maybe coulda mentioned the Scientist that show up in forest sometimes as Neutral NPCs too but honestly, they're not even really that notable. Keep up the great work OM!
