In this beautiful Question and Answer session with the youth held on 21 November 2019, a question was asked about how to shift from the mind to intuition.
Sri Madhusudan Sai shares that there are a few who rise beyond the mind, and depend on the faculty of pure intellect given to man. Intuition arises from that purity of intellect.
When we consciously seek solutions, the outcome depends on whether we are seeking the solution from the mind or from the intellect.
The mind provides rational, logical answers, while the intellect responds as intuition (beyond rational thoughts or logical thinking).
Somehow, we have been trained to use our mind and depend only on the dictates of the five senses. However, a greater truth lies within our intellect in the form of our intuition. This intuition rises from the depths of silence.
This is why, it is so important for us to silence our mind through consistent daily meditation, and when we repeatedly seek answers from our intuition, it will become more evident and stronger over a period of time.
Let us resolve to give our intellect a chance to guide our actions (rather than our mind) from now on.
