Don’t underestimate how hard it is to sing and drum at the same time. Mad respect to you mate. This set killed it. I do think you could improve if you had a dedicated lead singer though. Not digging at you but I think it would just sound better and give you a dedicated front man. At the moment it just looks like a group of friends jamming rather than a dedicated performance. You all sound so tight together musically. You must practice and play together a lot. It really comes across.
