This genuinely sums up the experience flying the IAR. Just got it yesterday and trying to spade it for the next couple of matches either got me matches that gave the rare 5+ kills, or the nasty uptier of seeing the Mirage, getting swarmed by the enemy because everyone on your team was also using the IAR, or getting hit by a 18G missile because you compress at high speed

@@strikingeagle9855 on just not one occasion I was flying slow and straight people did multiple attack's on me and miss completely or ram me 😆 One that I will not forget was in F-2 sabre , I was last one no ammo no fuel so free kill basically. I put a smoke write in chat "free kill boys" sit back and watch a show . 3 enemy left. 5 min later we are all laughing our pants out, they and me , the comments are from "this have never happens to me" to "that is what she said" 😆😂 I can't remember who got a kill but I crash because I run out of fuel xD

I do not understand how people are having a hard time with this aircraft. Its pretty great at 9.0. My k/d is already 4.6 in it. It compresses at high speed, but it actually holds it own as it gets slow. Personally I love it

I like how you can actually put combat flaps out at a bit above 900 kph on this thing, it gives it a nice burst of high speed maneuverability! though, I saw someone has bug reported the fact it has combat flaps at all, saying that it should only have one flap position, 22 degrees, that is for both takeoff and landing; so I'm not sure if the 3 flap positions will stay on this bird

But people really need to know this plane's role in war thunder is a STRIKE JET. And for some reason Gaijin makes planes in a STRIKE jet role perform really bad in general (few exceptions exist like A4). And I think this is Gaijin's clear message that I will never understand.

Spent around 30 hours grinding this piece of.. plane. In my defence i must say, i thought it was ok since i didnt have a single 6th rank plen :) Now its kinda obvious it doesnt belong at 9.0. Its br is surely gonna go down to 8.7 or even 8.3 which will make things a bit better (at least i hope so)
