I am here watching and some of your videos showed you are traveling up in the air again......hmmm then you mentioned Zip Lines....butterflies am not bothered about.....then you showed them creepy crawlies....most of your diet...seems to be a little spicy....which I am sure.....I would be living on boiled rice......as always dear friend.....Stay Strong and always Stay Safe
