Since the ship parts seem to be the hardest, Caleger will likely make the most progress for a while. He pretty much owns the ship challenge list and is currently verifying the hardest ship challenge 'EVIL' where every input is frame perfect. Of course Aeternus requires more than just ship skill, but it's probably the best start to verifying it. I don't know what his hardest full length level completion is though

Thank you so much for making this video. I've wanted to make somethinv like this for some time after many hacked videos of Aeternus have been uploaded and believed well legit videos have been called hacked. I was working on Aeternus for some time but dropped it due to hate from people saying I'm hacking. This really does shine some light too the loads of people who don't take this game as seriously as us and believe anything they see is real unless told not too. Its a massive ongoing issue and I hope that stuff like this can start to lessen as time goes on thanks to videos like these

It seriously blows that these stupid runs are already doing what riot talked about with the teaser of Aeternus, cheaters taking shortcuts to earn popularity. The views on some of these vids could have went to people (like Caleger or Diamond or me lol), actually attempting to get legitimate progress on the level. I've seen one of these stupid records with about 21k views and the run is so poorly hacked but played off as serious, it doesn't need to even matter how obvious the hacking of the run is it still removes the attention from an actual legitimate run that is deserving of said attention.

Every level that isn't confirmed humanly impossible can be beaten, even if it takes 20 years. We've pushed the skill limit and still are, so there's no reason why Aeternus shouldn't be verified. But we still obviously aren't gonna beat it for at least a couple years

I've tried this before, and have beaten an easy demon with a bluetooth mouse, but the cursor is invisible, so at random times, you might accidentally close Geometry Dash using a bluetooth mouse.

I wonder whether this is a problem that will eventually solve itself over time when most of GD's fanbase grows older. If you look at Minecraft for example, most of its content on KZbin a few years ago was clearly for children but right now I'd say the average Minecraft player is probably at least above 18 while most of the children went on to games like Roblox and I think that reflects in the overall community discourse. When I read the comments under a lot of popular GD videos (especially under those faked ones) it seems very obvious to me that a lot of them are still from children but the game is also a lot younger than Minecraft. Maybe in a few years they will move on to another thing and the players that remain are mostly adults who have stayed with the game.

There's no rule against uploading levels for open verification. It's not star rated or on the demonlist is because it hasn't been verified, but that's it.
