My hair fall has reduced and I'm seeing new baby hairs growing because of these steps: 1. oil once or twice a week and leave it on for at least 1 hour. 2. Shampoo your hair twice/once a week and condition accordingly. 3. Apply Reactivate hair serum serum by littlelextraa daily. 4. Regularly trim your hair at a specific time, e.g., once a month or twice. 5. Don't checking at your hair for weeks and so. 6. Avoid taking any stress.

Zeph, I have been following you for nearly 2 years. Your journey has inspired me to try all of your suggestions. I got a FUE in February of 2015, but I want fuller hair without another procedure. I added topical min/fin from Happy Head last July. After about 3 months I started seeing results. The progress has continued. My hair has definitely thickened overall. Supposedly, I must wait about two years to see full effect of the topical min/fin. I am 58, so I am trying to not be unrealistic. Since I use hair root/shadow I feel so much better about my hair. I had been wearing hats way too much and always unsatisfied with pics of me.

The hair on my head started thinning significantly following an extremely stressful period I went through. Consequently, I researched the internet & decided to try a hair oil called litttleextra coocoonion and a comb made of neem wood. It really definitely worked. At present, I have lengthy, dense, black hair which has grown down to my waist and cut off on three occasions after I started. Simple and good. Additionally, just as effective can be rubbing your scalp - it stimulates hair growth. You only must do this once a week. Pretty soon, you'll see new hair growing in.

Bought this Cocooonion hair shampoo for dealing with hair thinning and dandruff problems. My scalp become irritated and flaky. I felt frustrated with the flaky scalp. After much research, I finally decided to give this shampoo a go. After initial use, I observed my hair was soft and my scalp felt less itchy. I generally use shampoo two times a week and within 2 days, dandruff used to come back. However after using this shampoo, that was not the case. I chose to keep using this shampoo to track the outcomes. It's been close to seven months since I started and my dandruff problem is no longer an issue. Virtually no hair fall has been observed. I'm glad that I made this step and followed the routine. In summary, an amazing product.

I like the ball caps....but the touques in the winter...sheesh...never takes them off even indoors or at Christmas dinner! He won't say, but it must be hard on the esteem. Alas, he doesn't really have a great head shape for baldness, though if he could be confident, that would make a difference. I can see he is uncomfortable being bald. I applaud you on your commitment to keeping your hair. Looks great. I am not sure he would be willing to do all of that....I would need to just pick one or two things that he would be willing to try and see if that helps. He reported his hair loss after a very stressing period in his life...I didn't know him at that time...and he said it doesn't run in his family. It just never came back. The stress also resulted in some lost teeth. He is a mess really. lol. No self care happening I am afraid.

Do you know that minoxidil does not need to be applied twice a day? Once a day is enough as long as the product lasts between 18 to 21 hours. The twice a day prospect indication is because they still apply the original 1984 study. Another important thing with minoxidil for it to work is being able to transform the compound into sulfotransferase (a few either men or women scalps are not able to do so).

It works best for me having very long hair because I noticed that after a few months the alcohol solution was making my hair much drier and the feeling wasn't great! With Finesteride, I only applied topically mixed with minoxidil but I experienced very strong heart palpitations after a couple of months, so I had to stop that (I even have very low blood pressure!) :( I had no courage to do the microneedling even if I bought a pen ages ago..never heard about the stamp which can be useful in the back area where I guess it's more difficult to do it with a pen! I did scalp massage for a year before discovering I was a minoxdil hyperresponder and reversing my hair loss in 3 months, I don't think that it does anything and I was fairly consistant at an average of 30minutes a day, the commitment was real I still think that massage holds some benefit, but not the mainstream technique Feel the bone that runs from your cheekbones to the front of your ears on each side of the face, above it you will feel a tense muscle massage it by pressing it with your fingers until it's perfectly relaxed, then massage your tamples. You might also feel a tense muscle there You should then notice that your whole frontal scalp is less tense, which if the scalp tension hypothesis is true would be beneficial for preventing hair loss/promoting regrowth Appart from that massage technique that basically tries to relax your scalp perimeter muscles I don't think that playing with the skin for 42 minutes a day does anything. Also my technique takes 1 minute and you can just do it whenever you feel that the muscles are tensing up

Nettle leaf tea everyday to detox liver from hormone residue (vital to at least start balancing hormones as they are almost always involved). 4. Vinegar rinse after shower (just dilute any fruit based vinegar in a water bottle, and pour over head after shower, leave in, patt dry with towel). 5. Collagen 2x a day everyday to provide all nutrition needed for hair growth in the right away, not silly biotin or b12 on its own. It does work, and its the only natural way.

My routine only lasts 3 months, then I don't need to use any products for ~2 years. I researched how to do this for more than 20 years but now have it nailed. One comment on Minoxidil for your viewers. Minoxidil doesn't work for everyone as they lack the required amount of SULT1A1 in the hair follicle to transition Minoxidil to Minoxidil Sulphate; the active metabolite. Micro-needling actually upregulates this chemical reaction to will make Minoxidil work for many more people. Also, Minoxidil action has multiple mechanisms, I don't think vasodilation is the important one. I have 3 videos just on Minoxidil and plan one more.

If 1.5mm stainless steel derma rolling and minoxidil don't work for me, I'm embracing the thinning! No finasteride for me. I'm giving it a year. Minoxidil only needs a to be applied once a day since it stays in your system for 21 hours. You don't get better results applying it twice a day, just wastes it more

Great job. Never heard of the gel finasteride - will get. One minor thing: since it became popular it’s been stated that minoxidil only works on the top so you’re probably wasting the amt you’re rubbing on the temples.

I found u in my recommendations. No chemicals ! Try this: 1. Wash your hair, dry them. Hair should be damp. 2. Apply castor oil to damp hair (especially on areas of the scalp with less hair). 3. Put a transparent bag or shower cap on your head. 4. Do not remove from your head for 2 hours! The head should be warm (you can also put a regular winter hat on your head). 5. After 2 hours, wash off the castor oil with warm water. The main thing is to use a minimum of shampoo. Do not use a hair dryer! The hair should dry on its own. 6. Repeat the procedure every time you wash your hair. The effect will be noticeable after 2 weeks. Important ! Small and short hair will begin to grow first. When there is a lot of hair on your head, you can cut your hair bald and repeat the procedure again. New hair will already grow constantly.

I've studied the relationship between head shape and hairloss for quite some time, and it appears to be a 1 to 1 ratio, to the point where, if you're a guy who has a curvy head, especially a round forehead instead of a broad square vertical one i would start taking action even if you're not having noticeable hairloss because you're destined to down the line, just look at any ethnic group who commonly have vertical broad but somewhat boxy foreheads have strong and good hairlines where as Caucasians have bigger and more round head shapes with big foreheads with curvatures for the most part, but those who don't keep their hair, this is also true for all men in my family, us who have square foreheads with a more boxy head shape keep all our hair even into old age where as those with round heads lose their hair. This is the main cause of MPB

Quite often thinning hair can be a result of insufficient (quality) protein intake, 0.8-1g protein per kg of body weight is the minimum, just something to consider and take care of as well as all other tricks. The gross weight of a piece of meat does not equal its protein content, for example 100g of 80/20 ground beef contains 26 grams of protein, the rest is fat and water.

I know this has nothing to do with this video but you seem to be the best one to answer a question that i have. I have recently been diagnosed with androgenic alopecia. I am an avid gym goer and fitness enthusiast. I dont use supplements. I would never consider touching any sort of steroid or even creatine. However, i do a lot of weight training and hiit cardio which both raise testosterone levels, which i know can be converted to dht and promote hair loss. If im taking finasteride, do you think id be safe to continue lifting weights and doing hiit cardio and consequently raising my levels of testosterone without losing more hair because of suppression of 5AR due to my finasteride use?
@gonzalo23999 ай бұрын
Hello, You should use finasteride combined with Minoxidil (topical or oral), better dutasteride with minoxidil because it inhibits alpha reductase 1 and 2, it is not supposed to have an influence because you would be inhibiting dht, consult with a trichologist dermatologist to clear your doubts. According to what I have been told, there is not much that would raise dht, but I do not recommend taking creatine because if you are sensitive to alopecia it could accelerate it. As I say, consult a doctor and clear your doubts.

I used a numbing cream on the right back and used the pins to max pain all over.. well, the numbing are did NOT grow any hair so the PAIN seems to be the catalyst to new growth. One part that surprised me is that I changed my natural hair line from deep widows peek to a straight front line. PRETTY AMAZING..

lots of good suggestions. However, I don't agree on being so particularly careful with microneedling and topical minoxidil "together". My last 5 years's experince with that is: I went from A- minoxidil (5%) 2 X day + microneedling 1 X week - not applying minox that day of the week, to B- minox (5%) 2 X day and microneedling 2-3 X Week also with minoxidil on the he same days as microneedling, to C- minox (5%) 2 X day and *right before it dries, dermarolling it every time down the scalp while still wet* it only takes 3 minutes per "application"; I'd say: very effective time usage ! *C* is when I saw the best results (say, 3 to 4 months later, to be precise) no side effects whatsoever. every - on average - 3 days I'll skip one application (I forget about it, I am somewhere else and can't, or I simply don't feel like it because I'm already under the blanket when it hits me 🤣) and this does nothing to the acquired results. My hair "coverage" went from: - Norwood maybe 4-5 a Norwood 3-4 with (A), then - Norwood 3-4 to solid Norwood 3 with (B), then - up to where I am now, brink of Norwood 2, doing (C). BTW: I am 57 YO, so I should have noticed a further DECREASE - if I had done nothing - in the last 5 years (maybe Norwood 6.7 by now?) so it's even more impressive, I think? DO NOT WORRY ABOUT MINOX *going "systemic"* it does not (or, it does, but with no consequences) with needles' length up to 1,5 mm (maybe 1 mm when really BALD) and *it definitely does NOT "hurt as hell" - it doesn't hurt at all, I will say* a dermaroller is a bit cheaper, I think a bit more effective, too, for the micro-injuries are a bit larger in size, which permits more penetration for the topicals; DRAW the roller, instead of going "back and forth" so you don't "cut" neither tangle your hairs; not a native english speaker so forgive me if there were any mistakes. ciao !
