@@slabbyjigidk if you have watched jojo or not, but the hand is a close ranger stand which means it can only be summoned in a 2 meter radius from the user so it can’t move 2 meters away, and like most battleground games like tsb your avatar is the same but you have the abilities like how ppl call Garou players Garou sweat, because they are technically Garou but their avatar is still there. The title of the kit also references okuyasu being dumb as f$&k to nerf his overpowered abilities.

Ngl the base is good but its so basic like saitama fro tsb a move that launches the opponent upwards, a move that launches the opponent forward a barrage move And you feel that the moveset is lackluster bc u are comparing him to turbo kun, turbo kun moves are made to represent his ebilities in the anime that focuses on speed Unlike okuyasu who has moves that represent his fighting style And his basic usage of his stand ebility "the hand" what im trying to say that they have different styles that presents thier ebilities plus it makes the movesets different and diverse unlike rr

just remember that basically okarun's entire base moveset is NOT original, move 1 I think never changed but then move 2: enemy knock back got changed move 3: deleted, replaced by an original ult move move 4: complete overhaul, flashier look, and different enemy knockback

This is more done to bring criticism that will change the character for the better and it's not something to complain about, but rather to criticize how it is and how it should be when it's released so that those who didn't pay can play with a great character.
