Hi Can you make a video swing with a wood bat because we play in Puerto Rico a boomer softball league with wood bat

The swing is basically the same. The wooden bat doesn't have the trampoline affect that a current bat has; but the ball does compress and stays on the wooden bat long enough for you to apply some muscular force to the "soft"ball. Base hits are more impressive than HR's anyway!
