Bob, love that PRS. I used to have an MIJ 85-86 Fender Contemporary Strat with two humbuckers that had a single coil switch on it as well. Miss that guitar. Got the No4 STP but couldn’t find Shangri la. I have several copies of Purple including the OG and an OG of Tiny Music. Heard that is the best sounding copy if you can get your hands on one (Tiny Music). Love your channel, take care.

Kill em All and Ride the Lightning only came out on Megaforce as OG copies. Puppets came out on Electra in 86. I wasn’t blown away by the Megaforce copies. I think those Electras are better sounding. I think I have those as well.

Saw Future Islands open for Weezer. I couldn’t get into the singer but the music wasn’t too bad. Carlson was with me and he really dug them though.

One of my Favourite guitarists Carlos Santana went from that Gibson SG/les paul to a PRS and I didnt really like the change.

Yes I was going to say that. In the late 70s he played a Yamaha 2000. I think he played the Yamaha for quite a while until he went with PRS in the 90s I think.
