I had been in a situation where my appearance been questioned while I was focusing on delivering my job. So I know how it feels. I didnt think my appearance would matter more than how hard I work. It was really taxing on my emotion and my mental. Most people wont understand because they dont experience it. Sending all supports to you brother. Not everyone has your expertise and people focus on a more frivolous matter. Chin up and hold to your worth. 💪

I think right now Fly Fm has the best breakfast show on the station itself in a long time and the best out of all the English Stations right now with Ean & Haniff. For bro Haniff, you can do this bro & I think you did a phenomenal job making a transition from Era to Fly.

Haniff should stop thinking that he's not good enough as an English radio station deejay. I mean, a few would have negative comments, but I believe most are supportive of him. It is a Malaysianised English radio station...not BBC radio. Of course we need to have a few words in Malay, Chinese, Indian, etc...to make things more relatable. What Haniff needs to prove now is to show he has a good mental state and a team player. And the will to improve...not just for himself, but also for his family and radio family. Haniff, will always support you bro. Stay strong...and be better.

Tau x Haniff, dulu dkt ur ex radio, ada 1 segment tu yg Haniff jd cikgu English, for me starting from that point theres a level of respect thats saying okay wow, Haniff ni power speaking, would love to see him in an English radio 1 day.
