The war (pt. 8) Tartaglia opened the door to the large meeting room. All the other Harbingers were there. All except for two. The Jester and Damselette were missing. The third of the Harbingers was sent out to a diplomatic mission in Sumeru and could habe imense trouble in returning since the war situation got pretty intense. But its not like the Jester to be late. Especially not in an emergency meeting like this. The other ones were already there. They sat down at the meeting table and discussed the war on the other side of the world. He sat down too and listened to the conversation. "Informants talk about a powerful geo attack over a sea monster. Very similar to the fighting style of the desceased Geo archon. Also an unknown man who fights alongside the Electro archon who also posseses the power of Geo but seems to hold no vision...", he heard Pantalone say. Arlecchino scoffed: "The rampaging of the young adeptus after that Geo attack was more interesting. It was a ruthless act... We seemed to have underestimated the enemy..." Tartaglia froze for a moment. The enemy? On which side was his nation in this fight? The door opened and the first of the Harbingers entered the hall. "Pierro... It is not likely for you to come late to meetings you sceduled...", Pulcinella said. His beard moving with every movement of his mouth. "I apologize to everyone for coming here late, but I had a very important conversation with the Tsaritsa regarding the war..." "The war?", Tartaglia asked without thinking. The whole room smiled. "Oh, Childe... We all know you are hungry for a fight. But this a whole other league", Sandrone giggled. The rare moment Marionette showed any emotion. "Yes...", the Jester continued moving through the room to his rightful place, "The war. Damselettes mission got results... Sumeru wont participate in this war." With that he sat down and looked at slowly around the table. The ginger man next to him rose his eyebrow. He framed it as a good thing. "Sumerus Gnosis?", Capitano asked. "No sign yet.", Pierro replied briefly. "Wait, wait, wait...", Tartaglia got into the conversation, "So we want the other nations to loose the war?" The other Harbingers looked at him. An unnerving silence filled the room. "Poor Childe... No one has told you yet...", Arlecchino teased him and grinned sinister. "Told me what?" He stood up leaning on the table, staring holes in Pierros head. The First of the Harbingers sighed frustrated. His gut told Tartaglia that this info wasn't supposed to come out. "Childe, please...", the Jester tried to calm him down. But his attempt backfired. "Told me what?!", the last of Harbingers yelled. The Jester instantly arose from his seat. "Ajax! Sit. Back. Down" The room froze in fear as his eyes, burning with rage, lingered on Tartaglia. The subject of this intimidation however, did not listen. Childe pushed back his chair and left the room. The Jester sighed and then looked at the remaining group. "Who, the hell, invited him?!" The harsh voice of the first harbingers cutting through the air like a sword. "Mylady... Tartaglia. He... evolved into a risk for this organisation. He is rebelling and doubting our cause. Since his mission in Liyue he is getting softer and more empethatic towards those we want to fight. Something is pulling him away from our influence..." Pierro looked up the stairs at the throne high above him. Sitting there, gracefully as always, was the Tsaritsa smiling a terrifyingly sinister smile. She looked at the Geo Gnosis she was playing around with in her hand, responding in a soft almost singing manner: "Not something. Someone. Someone who poses a great threat to our whole plan... Jester... I think it is tome to talk to the Abyss leader... They might be of help..." This came almost as surprising as the trailer it's from... It sounds soo epic! Wonderful work as always 🤗❤

I love the choir that starts in 0:42. It sounds like children singing and reminds me that there's a lot of child fatui soldiers. Arlecchino's orphanage, for example, trains orphans since young age to become soldiers, and Tartaglia was sent to the fatui when he was only 14. I know most of those children must suffer heavy brainwash, but I'm truly curious to see more of how the fatui works. The rest of the world is wary of them, but Snezhnaya, its people and soldiers usually speak with proud and respect for their nation, their Archon, their army and the fatui harbingers. (I also like the idea that most of the harbingers weren't even from Snezhnaya, but suffered in some sort of way in the hands of their own gods and nations, that they became outcasts with personal hatred towards the divine, chosen by the Tsaritsa). I can't wait for us to reach Snezhanaya and learn more about them, it will probably be my favorite nation.

I had this random idea earlier today, where for her final phase, she encases the other 6 Gnoses in these ice crystals that hover around, allowing her to use "frost versions" of the other elements, if that makes sense. I know it sounds like and insane idea and probably won't happen, but I just thought it was a really cool thought.

Yes it is indeed the Harbingers/Fatui theme and not Signora's theme. Her boss themes features the Harbingers theme (as do Childes'' Boss themes). But yes it is the Harbingers theme and not Signora's
