Ngoan bị ốm rồi. Thời tiết thay đổi lúc mưa lúc nắng đi đâu cũng phải đội mũ vào Ngoan à.mẹ ốm là lây sang cả 2 con đó. Nhà mik cũng bị ốm cả nhà đây. Đau đầu, đau họng, ho, sổ mũi , mệt mỏi, miệng nhạt, ăn ko ngon. Phải chú ý sức khỏe bản thân và 2 con nhé Ngoan ❤.

I could tell by your eyes in the beginning of video you werent feeling good. Heat and hormones can cause dehydration. Headaches are a sign your dehydrated. Drink lots of water and add salt to your food. Good thing you left the kids in day care. Take care of you. ❤
