You on point with these gems you dropping. Especially the negotiation part. Because those brokers like to play mind games. I'm negotiating all the way up to before the rate con is signed. Usually they eventually bend to your will if they really need that load moved. And maybe it will help some or maybe not... But the mudflap app is cool and definitely apply for the TDS fuel card. I get a discount of anywhere between a .50 to .70 cents discount off diesel at the pump. Salute and keep dropping them gems out here.

Keep in contact with all brokers you run good loads for, save money for maintenance, keep your overhead low, minimize deadhead, stay consistent, always negotiate a better rate, arrive early for pick ups and drop offs, save as much as you can for bad weeks or months. Starting out I would recommend having at least 3 months worth of expenses saved. Don't purchase a truck with a $2000+ payment.
