I have said it in the first Hulk out for this episode, however this is my favourite episode of the whole series. I always remembered it from when I was 6 years old and I was glad to be able to watch it again as an adult. Totally brilliant.

David Banner sure wasn't used to driving a car with leg braces,but at least got himself fully healed by changing into the Hulk,at the cost of the driver behind him with road rage,who teached him from bumping into the car he stole from Jack McGee which was a rental.

This version of the Hulk is basically just a more animalistic version of his base personality, rather than being a separate person altogether. He shares David's goals, but he uses a more direct method of achieving them. David's goals never involve hurting people, but David's they often involve him trying to impress something on people or convince them of something, which the Hulk tries to carry out via intimidation. Hence, the roaring and posturing as opposed to punching and slamming.

I really love the way these shows were scripted and directed. The touches with the Hulk running away off into the unknown, and how David Banner is always portrayed as the lonely and unfortunate man, hitchhiking his way around.

as far as superhero TV shows go The Incredible Hulk is the best, a good move for Kenneth Johnson to take mature approach plus this is version I grew up with, I remember those days in it's last season on ITV(Granada) the Hulk was aired on Sunday's at 4pm

Me too although I think they were also shown after 1pm following University Challenge. The last time the Hulk was shown was in May 1983 then they began repeating Space 1999. Four years later, ITV showed the pilot episode which they repeated a year later then in 1989, season 3 was repeated on Saturday early evenings as a replacement for Superboy and 2 episodes were also shown very late at night in August 1990 because of their dark subject matter.

Isn't it funny, ya think this shows pretty cool, but, now that were much older, it's pretty lame..The emphasis, is now on checking out how big Lou F. really is..Look at his traps ( the muscles on his shoulders), they are absolutely huge...Check out the inside of his forearms, at certain times...They're HUGE...Lou, was 35 lbs. heavier than Arnold S...Arnolds bi-ceps were bigger though..
