The reason this wasn't working is because any given enemy can only take 2 instances of burgeon damage in a 0.5s window; if you pop 5 seeds all at once with Amber, you still only get damage out of 2 of them. That's why Thoma is so good at burgeon, comparatively. Honestly the "right" way to do Collei and Amber is probably to just run Keqing and Sara and never actually switch to Amber :(

those fungus enemies are the ones that spawn the bubbles, cryo traps and slowing water not really the floors themselves

They add those things to reduce the focus on pure damage. For me, I found this Abyss to be very easy, mostly because it didn't have nearly as many gimmicks, enemies that became immune for long periods of time, and shielded enemies as the previous ones. This meant I was pretty much free to focus on damage, and that more than made up for the extra high hp total the floors supposedly have. Though I do think this particular Abyss was one that favored teams that can easily deal with spread out enemies. Either the ability to bring the enemies to the pain (Kazuha, Venti, Sucrose) or else the ability to bring the pain to the enemies without having to run around a ton. In my case, the latter is what I used on one side, with a team made up of Sayu, Fischl, Collei, and Yae Miko.

dendro mc is crazy supporter for elctro dmg tho... his Q last a long time and has big range... elctro units slap with traveler, add to that pyro and hydro, and u get a one shot team, its a waste not to build him, especilly since his passives are great xD

^they would have to release a better dendro 4* if they wanted to stop the use of dendro traveller. Even if they released cracked 5* dendro supports, dendro trave;ller would still be used a lot because they're easily accessible and work very well. If you look at anemo traveller by themselves, they actually aren't a bad unit, but sucrose's existence is what pretty much just puts them out of use.

Even from just seeing the build I could immediately see he was using Amber wrong in the first place, not to mention having very little familiarity with her kit, and this kind of exposure just leads to even more negative and misinformed opinions about characters like Amber who most people aren't even familiar with 😐 I'm not going to pretend she's amazing or anything, because even as an Amber main I'm not blind enough to not recognize her issues, but she's nowhere near as incapable of accomplishing abyss runs and doing solid damage as most people assume.

@@bunnys9704 u can start by visiting a few Amber mains' channels and pick up which styles of Amber u like since she got a quite a few. My channel has multiple Amber compositions too. Skill-wise I'd recommend n1tr0t0m, Hagakure, Bowtae, Rintaichou.

@@bunnys9704 same as the comment above me, there's lots of great reference builds from content creators and people that are Amber mains. Personally run her to do charge shots and baron bunny damage, so I go with the Wanderer's troupe set since it boosts charge shots + adds a bit of elemental mastery and it serves her better to not focus to hard on EM herself but to use supports like Diona to boost her reaction damage. (And add melts) I'm at about 2K atk and 62/202 Crit ratio with the skyward harp (wish I had some refinements...), Pyro damage Cup, atk% sands, and I triple crowned her of course, her raw charge shots do somewhere in the 12k range, and it's 25/30K from melt/vape, Baron bunny hits 55-60K, and I don't use Bennett to do any of this at all either so if you wanted to do that then obviously you can expect a lot more output. Basically, she's obviously not gonna be meta defining, but she's no slouch when you know what you're doing. I'm currently trying to make a team that does hyper bloom and burgeoning since I want Collei and her to do some wacky stuff because unfortunately burning sucks for us as players even though it HURTS from enemies 😔 hopefully it gets buffed to do more DoT damage.

I actually have C4 Amber, and there's a composition I actually want to try which includes her : Venti, Ganyu, Amber and Diona. Venti is running a classic Triple EM 4-piece VV set with Elegy for the End as his weapon. Ganyu is running on 4-piece wanderers with some EM substat, nothing too crazy. Got her an R2 Polar star. Amber is running a 4-piece crimson witch with R5 stingless. ATK% sands. And finally you got Diona, with a simple 4-piece Noblesse Oblige and Favonius Warbow. It's basically a slight variation of Melt Ganyu or Morgana, so worst case scenario if it doesn't work I just slot in Mona or Xiangling and the team is till super strong. I just want to see what kind of damage Amber can pull off with a team comp that not only is going to guarantee she lands her Baron bunny detonations, but with all the EM and assorted bonuses stacked on top, might trigger absolutely mega huge melts. I might even try to hit the foot with Ganyu's charged shots. Does is work with any archer charged shot or does it have to be Amber? Can't remember. Let me check. Yeah, seems to work with any "fully charged aimed shot, which is perfect for Ganyu's playstyle! This could actually be lit. Now I just need to built Diona and Amber.

Tbh kokomi collie amber kazuha team is the best for collie-amber team. U really don't need that much investment in amber or collie that much too just have good amount of energy for all of the team members to spam brust. Just kokomi jellyfish, collie skill to bloom and amber brust to burgeon and kazuha brust to get pyro. And collie brust amber bunny then kokomi brust to apply hydro. Kokomi and collie brust will do the bloom and kazuha brust with pyro will burgeon. And then refill the brust then repeat. Kazuha is already having full em so burgeon still gonna do good amount of dmg. Just need to have good er for all of them to repeat the rotation as much as u can.

Yeah I don't totally understand it either I don't understand why these guys don't want to build the traveler, right now they're Major meta and when invested in better than both available other dendro units! The only thing I can come up with is that their Whales and they only build characters that they have to purchase to get ratings, views, likes, and subscriptions to their channels. It's sad because they're going to be way behind in the future when they (travelers) just keep getting stronger and stronger and they'll wish that they had a long time ago! They don't care about the game they only care about their Channel and where the money is at, most complain that they don't have content to continue uploading to their Channel with gension impact but yet they don't do none of the storyline quests or anything like that because they don't even care to do it. I've noticed that with a lot of these channels it's all about the money!

actually i personally think you thought the collei-amber theam in a bad way burgeon amber isn't the most efficient in any way, i think it would be easier with bennett instead of kokomi for example, and the energy really isn't the biggest problem. i mean, you insisted in exploding baaron bunny in a em amber, baaron bunny doesn't scale of em if you had focused in big dmg amber + sup dmg collei it would be really easier of course this is just my opinion tho

It isn't working because burgeon can only take 2 instances of damage plus he's trying so hard to aim at the baron bunny's feet to make it explode even though it doesn't do much damage where he could have spammed skills from the get go but he knew that baron bunny doesn't make that much damage. Intense burning comp would make it work with Swirl + Burn.
