🤔 What do you think of integrating AI into training? There's a lot of data available to digest, do you think it would help you make the most of your efforts?

Even if I rode at a high level, I wouldn't care. Living by a spreadsheet is dull -- fine for the military where it is do-or-die, but this is supposed to be fun.

No…..yes…..maybe, training is more dedication to the cause, we can all be told to do something because it’s good for you but can we follow through! Well played lads great watch the effort has clearly been put in for success 👍🏼

I'm really intreeged by this. I think it would be difficult to manage in with my 4 on 4 off shifts. And kids. But j want to shift weight, and train for long distance multi day epics. Might give this a go

The app is super adaptable to time-crunched athletes (that's why we built it, actually)! Definitely give it a go and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

If you are like me…you need all the help you can get! 😩. Why not use AI to help you train. Can’t wait to see y’all race…and yes, Blake, you will complete it. 🙌🏽 Love the updates! I would like to hear a before and after of their fitness.

Not really here for the app, think anyone can manage easy without one, but is motivating to watch to keep training

Rich as an ex pro you would have had a ‘real’ human coach. Is it as good? My thinking is that a lot of what a coach offers is the empathy, encouragement and accountability on days where you are struggling. Whilst this AI can read the metrics can it read you? Does it really offer a replacement to a traditional coach?
@richardpayne51763 ай бұрын
Hey buddy, it genuinely is good. Having spent many years under the guidance of coaches it obviously doesnt take into certain things that you can relay to a coach such as how your genuinely feeling or what you precisely want to focus on but on the flip side this can analyse numbers and interpret data far quicker then make changes to a plan much quicker than alot of coaches out there. The trick ive found is the more info and data you give it the more accurately it can plan for you. Hope that helps
@HumangoAI3 ай бұрын
You bring up a great point and the training plans and data analysis are supposed to help coaches, not necessarily replace them. It's still just AI so we definitely encourage coaches to use the system to their advantage while continuing to offer that personal guidance and moral people can only get from a real person. Some people can't afford a coach so this is also a great tool to use in lieu of that. Definitely check it out though! :) Appreciate the thoughtfulness behind the question.

mmm very interesting I've just been using komoot and my bryton 750 to record and see how my results are improving and i have found them a useful motivator . But this might be what i need to be able to take my fitness to the next level not just from organizing my training but also as a visual motivator . Great vid as ever lads and looking forward to seeing your results and overall thoughts on HUGO

Hey David, Blake and Rich work full-time for Play Sports Network, as a business we have recently become independent again and have bought back the majority take in Play Sports Network from Warner Bros Discovery. Our weekly show (Dirt Shed Show) goes live every Tuesday and is a great place to keep up to date with all things GMBN. We always have full control over what we say, even in videos with a paid promotion. We're never told what to say and always have control over what goes into a video as well as the final result. Paid promo isn't a bad thing. It allows us to bring you the info on products and means we can continue to produce a range of content for you multiple times a week, right here on KZbin, for free!

@@gmbn Guys, I never questioned that you guys can say what you want and I understand the deal between you and D+/WBD. What I found concerning is that it seems that the guys squeezed this PP into their spare time rather than being given appropriate time during "normal" working hours to train and film this.
