Nep all the comments on here are spot on. In your vid you are obviously shocked at the monster teams and players but that’s what champs has been like from week one. Your matchmaking up until now hasn’t been the normal experience. This week is all we get this year

The thing you are experiencing i had in the first 2 weeks, went 7-1 in both and ended both on 9-6, demon after demon and it never got better even after losing 2-4 games in a row... This week i went 13-2 and my toughest opponnents were at the start. The last 3 games were a cakewalk somehow. But it felt "deserved" as i got to the Elite division pretty easily during this week

LB is in more need of an upgrade than CB for you Nep. I would have kept 87 Gabriel and spent the money on Ashley Cole and had change left over. 550k to get 88 Gabby doesn’t seem like a good move when you already had 87 gabby. Going from 80 Cali to 86 Cole would be a much bigger improvement on your team

I was 6-0 and finished 10-5. When I was 7-4 I matched someone who was 8-0. Sounds like everyone experienced something similar. Probably another EA mistake

I'm a 'casual' player, I play for fun. Tried to do Reijnders from AC Milan on the Great Guti evo. For crap players like myself, it's impossible to complete the Evo because the "Friendly" Evo Arena is full of top class sweaty players. Having a win ratio of 1 to 8 means I'd of needed to play over 100 games just to complete the Evo. EA should appreciate that not all of us are pro or decent players and just let the Evos be complete in Squad Battles, Rush and Rivals.

I would try it again. The matchmaking system is obv. broken. I am not good at this game, and I was able to do it, I went like 24 - 8 (with like 20 rage quits at 1-0). The losses came only when I was like 15-0 and I am nowhere near that good. I struggle to get 6-7 wins i WL (went 5 last weekend). So it seems these days to be just a random matchmaking.

Glow ups seem to be using stat limits so that you can take either bronze or silver to the max upgrade

Obviously champs will be hard they literally put 5 games as qualifiers which you need 3 wins out of. Casuals aren't gonna get into champs unless they get some lucky games in qualis lol

I’m running a similar account to you with Chelsea players mostly evos and a couple of past icons/heros. I started the weekend 0-2 then changed formation to the 4-2-1-3. And finished on 10 ( my best so far) I think it will suit your style of play/gameplay even though you want 2 strikers. Maybe a worth a try

I cant even qualify its full of sweaty nerds. I admit i aint the best im a casual div 3/4 player and I've failed to qualify for the 2nd time now so i give up. Also i get speed up lag in every game i play and i can't defend because of it. Even happens in squad battles. The game doesn't run smooth at all. Its horrible

Yo nep some advice from a rank 1 mainly rank 2 player. Ur using ur cbs to defend too much ur dragging them out. When the balls bouncing around being aids in ur box just boot it to the wing games passing is terrible ur passing it to there strikers (not ur fault) also on through balls ur getting caught by the cbs cuz ur not using ur body to get directly in front of them.
