But if you look at athletes, you don't reach your maximum stamina until your 20s or even 30s. Most of the top female triathletes for example are in their 30s. Play the song at half of the speed and try to get to each of the dance movies as fast as possible. The slowly begin upping the tempo while maintaining that speed :) The first thing you need to do is to execute the moves quickly and then to fill those in with swift transitions in order for them to have a "sharper" look.

this are my steps to learn a choreo. 1st. watch it as a whole. all choreos have a feel(?) i cant' find a better word. the steps may have the same principle (for example some of f(x)'s song the hand movements follow the same pattern even if it's not the same movement) 2nd. strech. trainees spend a lot of time just extending their limbs at the beat for them to dance sharper, extend the whole arm and not just point to somewhere. this includes your hands and fingers and even sometimes feet (in gfriend's rouh for example you ned to extend the whole leg even the foot for the movements to look right) 3th. count. one of the most common problems when i start learning a dance with other people is that many people just learn with the lyrics. but almost all the dances have a distinctive 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8. it can be count with the beat. the 3th is like the most important to me at least. i hope you can learn the dance

Execution is the biggest reason most dances are difficult. You can be technically correct when you do the moves but if you don't have that power put into it or crisp and precise it looks like shit. I know a small part of the dance for psycho by history that's super simple and easy to do but when I do it it looks more like mindless flailing, even though I'm doing the moves correctly. That's the reason some kpop idols are "bad dancers." It's not that they can't do the moves, it's the fact that they can't execute it as well.

Charlene Tan true, but like I said, from personal experience, if you can't be precise it's gonna look like shit XD or I'm just being too hard on myself. Which could be true. But I doubt it. And with personal style, people who aren't dancers don't really have that I believe. If a dancer considers a dance easy, it's probably easy for dancers. But if you're not a dancer... It's probably gonna look like shit XD dancers are better at controlling their body and making a dance look right, so difficulty would come from the moves. For people with little to no experience, we don't know how to do that, so even if the moves are easy, the problem comes from the execution that we don't know the art of.
