As has been said, I learned about being a Sigma far too late. It has been a rough road trying to understand why I am the way I am. I've squandered opportunities for a family and professionallly that I now regret. Do not do that. Know that you are Sigma and use it to your advantage. Your later life will thank you.

I knew this when i was 5 i sat around and watched my family smile in each others face but the moment one of them weren’t around they all put each other down, they were all competing with each other and even as a 5 year old i thought it wasn’t right, i learnt to never trust anyone young and by age 10 i was labeled the black sheep because i used to call out my family for being fake. I have never needed or desired anyones validation.

Agreed. Additionally, If you are a particularly attractive person, handle women with a greater sense of organisation, no nonsense pragmatism, and discipline. I have noticed how a ground-swathe of women want the Sigma more than anything. They know he is different. Yet, they still have no comprehension of the type of man they are desiring, and dealing with. By 30, I understood that any prospective girlfriend (intimate, or platonic), must be given rules, and lines, that she should not even THINK about crossing or testing. Same applies to some female relatives.

This video is specially for me, in the year that I'll be 30. While my ex classmates are already married and have children, I am single without any kids while I speak three languages and learn other three.

There's one thing I will say about this. Very good for you, keep it up. But..... do not keep going on this track if you've wanted kids of your own. I'm 57 now & I have wanted to get married and have a couple of kidlings of my own blood. Now, I'm too tired and too beat up, mentally and physically, to accomplish that dream. It's a fine line, walk carefully.

The old saw,"Good enough for Government Work",is a adage that covers most labors,as people don't comprehend the sheer mental,or physical labor involved! The bulk of the time,most people take it,as given,for granted! That,of course,leads to many downfalls,but,then,the unaware individuals,won't listen to warning bells,or red flags! Very insightful, Sadly I realised the information covered in this video far too late in life and went through my early and mid life, thinking that for some reason I just didn't fit in. I may be late, but at least I have finally gotten the message.
