I won as Tunisia in my second try. I think the biggest threat are European countries. Especially Italy, because they usually attack Tunisia, but yeah in my second run they attacked me very late when I was already stronger. I just took out Morocco to gain sea access at the start and then attacked valuable places without much military and allies. Argentina for example was one of them. Later there was a war between Japan + South Korea and China. I took Japan and China afterwards cuz South Korea still had many allies. And then I just built full Military and allied with all strong countries then I just fought US and some parts of Europe to win after a long time. Its not easy, but definitely not the hardest.
