I like how you created those quick and easy vacuum seals. I always used pumps which seem like such a pain sometimes, but this is very nice.

Subscribed. Hungry for episode 2 ! I didn’t mind the music as much as it seems some of the other commenters do, but I think they’re right. Do some tunes for the longer parts where you aren’t talking, and then just so game audio for where you are.

There was a simpler way, the vacuum base ok, but otherwise a waterlock in the cool zone, with the water that you have at the start, you then dig behind so as to be in the void, and there you go, your dups no longer burn and you can visit the asteroid, an esher to compact the magma in a box, and that's fixed too

If you had put your dupes on shifted schedules, you could have gotten away with a single outhouse. That also takes up less space.

That could work well! I chose to make them work on same schedule so they could support each other more and especially rescue friend sooner when incapacitated tho

@@tabeyuriko7251 You can adjust your schedules so there's never a lone dupe awake at a time. Eg with three dupes you can even have 2 dupes awake at all times. In case of emergencies, you can wake up your dupes anyway, can't you?

Having music is fine, but you need to make sure your voice can be heard. For me it's more of an issue with your mic, it doesn't capture your voice that properly. So either lower music or record voice more clearly and louder. Having subtitles/captions is also good as a supplement! Hope the comments don't discourage you from uploading! A good rule of thumb is having the dB levels of the music be half of your voice's levels >at most

Creative content, but weak delivery. Very big difference, when comparing right away after a video from a big youtuber. Well, you have a room to grow to, good thing you even published a video(lots of people fail right about here). A couple of tips from my observations(feel free to ignore me if you want to deliver content in a way you are comfortable with): -constant explanations of decitions made(while your duplicants are digging, you may explain reasons for picking dupes, for building ladder-vacuum(and how it works), for priorities and it would sound nicer if you clearly defined challenge rules only at the beginning of the video. All of that might sound exessive, but it fills the void) -speed up(Oxygen is not a particulary sonic-blasting game to watch(14 minutes could become 10), also your target viewer probably knows enough about the game to understand general heading of your colony. -Also, do not announce speeding up, or at least dont make it a separated phrase in the middle of nothing. Sounded weird. Overall, 6/10, might come back to watch you win 50$. P.S. My english is weak because its my second language(and do not care enough to correct my spelling via translator). Would be funny to be criticized by a 6 year old, but today is not that day. P.P.S. Have fun surviving that hell!
