Dude, when I opened up the game yesterday, I genuinely didn't have the slightest clue about what was gonna go down later during that night. This whole thing is just next level crazy 🤯

Like the highs and lows of this run were genuinely insane, like while I was approaching the 98'550m hill i genuinely dont think ive ever been more nervous about a videogame. All the emotional build-up, hype and nervousness I had ever felt was all boiling down to this one spot. My hands were shaking intensely and my vision was getting very blurry making it really hard to let alone do the required inputs to pass, but even see what I was doing while going through the last 4 structures. Its genuinely mindblowing to me how I was able to execute the last stretch as well as I did considering the state of dissolution that I was in at the time. At this point my end goal was well within my grasp. However there was still one last thing that could go wrong and end my run. This was; Getting. A. Suspension. BUG. And who would have thought, that thats exactly what happened 98'448 meters into the run. My worst fear regarding this record had become reality. The suspension bug I got, killed my speed to the perfect amount; where it made it so that I couldn't go back to the tube to get speed and a new bubble for the upcoming hill, nor have enough speed to pass the hill. So at the end of the run I was just in a state of utter despair trying to get back to the bubble, not caring whatsoever about getting the supposed "extra meters" that I could get by going to the hill through no-momentuming the structure where my death was located. There was only one thought on my mind. Getting back to the pipe. Around the time when I died in the run by landing like 4 pixels too far to the left; I was realising that the situation with getting back to the pipe was looking really grim, so in the final moments before the death of the run while I was falling down onto my back wheel to initiate another "fast charge", I determined that going back was "impossible". What im trying to convey with all this; is that if I wouldn't have landed like a few pixels too far to the right I would have ended up going for the extra 60 meters after the fast charge.
So like yea, anyway here is an old video of the map where you can see that passing this hill is clearly impossible without decent speed and a bubble so in my mind before I realised going back was impossible it was basically pointless to try for extra meters since the structure would dissapear behind me and I would be stranded on the hill where i could get extra meters due to the map dissapearing after you whenever you go like 20m into another structure so like yea.
No more yapping needed, heres the link to the video: • shitass death before 1... [credits to rei, (the one who made this recording many years ago and recently uploaded it as unlisted to his yt ^^ )]
This is how the strat is supposed to look: • nice 70'645 cause I forgot how to do the strat in my wr run...
The 40.2 pass is from my run of 67k from my earlier this week, for people wondering. The reason as to why I put this in the vid is cause the 40.2 pass in the actuall run was extremely scuffed :)
This video took alot of effort to get out, so if you enjoyed it i'd really appriciate it if you supported me through subscribing or leaving a like on the video 😊
