Whew, I hear you on this! For the first half of the year I was in survival mode...it felt like a domino effect of bad things happening and felt a little out of control. I had to woosahhhh it out and realize that there are some things I can control, and that's what I focused on. I have big dreams for myself, and I need to keep showing up for myself 🌟. thank you for the reminder

@@hey_von this comment giving me that feeling of comfort knowing i’m not alone in my feelings but also mixed with not wanting anyone to have to experience such hard times! 😫 ohh man that’s a perfect way to put that feeling “domino effect of bad things” I feel that. it’s such a hard space to be in and to pull yourself out from. but you’ve made it to the end of the year and those dreams weren’t put in your heart by mistake! one day at a time! 🙌✨

Thanks for sharing! I've had a difficult year as well. One of the lessons I've learned is that I need to challenge a lot of my existing beliefs. There are so many rules that I set for myself based on how I see others do things. It's never done me any good. I need to be more flexible about my expectations and allow myself to experiment with different paths.

thanks for watching Alyssa! I'm sorry to hear that your year has also been a challenge 😫 and I can so relate to that putting rules on yourself, I still find myself unlearning so many rules i've led myself to believe and it's such a freeing feeling when i lean into embracing the fact tha things can be done a different way and just that challenge of having your own back when that way hasn't been done before - i think that is such a big challenge. if you are like me you are looking for examples of someone who has done it the way you want to do it, but sometimes that doesn't exist (and i think its a good thing) but i definitely struggle with not always having the example to follow because sometimes the way that might work for you (or me, or anyone) is completely different to what everyone else is doing, that's a struggle and a blessing in one, but I'm sending such good vibes your way and I hope next year is better for us both - I hope it brings us both closer to finding out what our own way of doing things is. you're def not alone girl! wishing you all the best for the holiday season!!
