Thank you for this video 😊. I'm just curious, what difference would it have made if she had the same amount of calories, but the carb intake percentage was higher? Also, what if she did low carb as she was, on 1500 calories, but no exercise other than usual daily movement? Sorry for all the questions.

I think so! Especially if you incorporate resistance training!
