Thank you for this video 😊. I'm just curious, what difference would it have made if she had the same amount of calories, but the carb intake percentage was higher? Also, what if she did low carb as she was, on 1500 calories, but no exercise other than usual daily movement? Sorry for all the questions.

I'm loving your videos! I was wondering if it's possible to rebuild muscle mass lost from years of unintentional under-eating and misguided intermittent fasting etc as a post-menopausal 55+ year old woman?
