Matchmaking content creator here. Trust me when I say this, if you want to truly enjoy the game, please just play in a Matchmaking Server. And also please just stay away from VC servers. They’re either chill (which is rare asf) or a chaotic, toxic mess (which is the most common). If you want an ER:LC experience that isn’t annoying cesspool of mass FRP, annoying/egotistical moderators, or anything that would piss you off, just stick to *Tier 3* matchmaking servers. There is a chance that a matchmaking server is either chaotic, or filled with people who actually know what they’re doing and who actually want to RP. Yes there are tryhards here and there in matchmaking but most newgen tryhards are easy to arrest. (unless you’re facing a montager or mafia)

Wish the game was still paid access. I rmb 1 time in a public server during one of the Christmas update, all the cars lined up and waited at the park next to the Christmas tree waiting for their turn to get the presents and the swat team was organizing the whole thing. It was literally the whole server, like 30 people and their cars.

Don’t get me wrong i am paid access, i bought the game in 2019 and played it a lot then, but i love how modern public servers have a GTA online energy. I can start a mafia with friends, and just rob, and kill, and just have fun. Anything goes in public servers, and that’s what’s enjoyable about them to me.
