Today I'll be discussing about the different ways you can start freelancing, how can you begin your freelancing journey. I'll also touch upon ways to get clients on platforms like Upwork, freelancer and Fiverr. A lot of times people who are really good at graphic design or web development might not want to follow the platform path. You can also contact clients directly.

Haha This is so true My work space is within product design solid modeling Machine design I've started from March 2020 around Till June its nothing Limited bids Limited time Very tough projects Plus commission From AUGUST its a game change I nodded every bloody thing people tell I ve done for 1usd per hour and some of the clients negotiate for free as they have multiple personal for same task.. Yes at first I have done some for free for sake of connections 😄 😅 and client network😀 My advise be like U don't do anything for free or blow 5usd Remer your pain is part of your product...

99 design is competetion based freelancing website u may not get payed for every work u will be competite with pros but if keep on trying and gain knowledge u earn so good and your first payout is the hardest milestone to be achieved .

and you have to really differentiate but at the beginning, you have to definitely work on low pay. But, if you work regularly and gain some experience in this field then you can even charge high amounts and I think if you become a top-rated freelancer on Upwork then, this issue might be resolved. I had just earned 50$ in past but still I got 3 offers for full time work for about 3-6 months of project length.

I thing freelancing platform is good for beginners who starting to build up clients. But as soon the freelancers have a strong base, shouldnt depend on the platform much. Btw, freelancing is really great!! Im so glad i learn about it when im in 2nd yr dental college. Since then, i have been paying my own fees & bills!! All the best you all!!

I felt exactly what you said as soon as I joined. Some you have to pay fees to get your credit card authorized or it's "recommend" that you take their "mini courses" to boost your profile and then as you said, the "hide your bet". On top of it all, you have to pay for a monthly fee on some of the platforms. It's nuts!!

Review & Portfolio is okay but only things is matter your PROPOSAL. I cracked my first job on ELANCE back in 2010 in span of 7 days and more interesting got awarded the project reject after three times from client at 4Am after 6-7 hours of discussion. Currently Last months I cracked a job in UPWORK which is going on right now after bidding around 20-25 days. Proposal is the only thing which matter mark my word. Anything u need to discuss and learn can ask me.

Please can you share your opinions on this major issue in the freelancing industry and how that is going to affect the future of freelancing. So, the question is i heard on a youtube video that freelancers who charge very little for their services are giving hint to potential clients that they can pay so little for the work done by low-level freelancers and freelancers who carge premium are not worth it because they have a cheap alternative. So, does it mean that freelancing is dying and has no scope? Or does it mean that it only has future scope if you are satisfied with less moeny?
