This list isn’t great but the NBA is crazy deep right now. It’s really not that crazy for LBJ or KD to be outside the top5, lot of great talent at the top of the league.

I see the point ur making. But the list is a prediction of who will be top 5 by the end of next season. I struggle to see a world where Bron isn’t top 5 by the end of next year

For me they got LeBron right and arguably one spot too high, Giannis Jokic Curry will undoubtedly have a better season than LeBron so at most he is 4, then you have Luka who without his 'slow' start would have been in the MVP race Joel Embiid in the best situation he's ever had and has been Back 2 Back 2nd for MVP thats 5 players who could definitely have a better year than LeBron, all thats left is just Kevin Durant who for me is a way more egregious miss for the top 5
