I am now retired so Neil's long tenure is in no danger of being eclipsed by me. We get to actually DO all the fun stuff that brings people into Chemistry. However the greatest joy of our work are the minds we help to mature in their professional capacity. I am sure Neil can look back on many he has assisted/guided over the years. I know that I can.

Congratulations to Neil! I also think Brady needs some official recognition from the Royal Society. Aside from the varied and excellent channels he runs, he has catapulted so many others into the spotlight, which has resulted in increased awareness of their work, precipitated new avenues of success, and have presumably led to people like Neil receiving recognition that they might not have otherwise received. Brady, all his guests, and his channels are KZbin gems. (This is not meant to steal glory from Neil in his video.)
