I stayed at the Farnsworth House over the battle dates and loved it! My wife and I stayed in the Sarah Black Room and had two things happen to us. One night I laid my change on the dresser before going to bed and in the morning the change was perfectly stacked neatly in two stacks. Then one morning we had gotten ready to go out for the day. My wife walked out the door and turned around looking towards the room waiting for me to come out. I was walking towards the door, only about four feet from my wife when a doll in a bell-hooped skirt, that was on the self of the dresser, lift up somewhat slowly toward the middle of the room and it suddenly was thrown down on the floor with force. I looked at my wife and her eyes were as big as golf balls! I said, “did you just see what I saw?” She said she sure did! We stood there for a minute not believing what really happened. It was very cool. Once in a lifetime experience! We’ll definitely be going back someday.

I love the Farnsworth inn. I know this place is really haunted. Somethings can be explained but other things I have see and heard cant be explained here. Cant wait to get back to Gettysburg and the Farnsworth Inn again. Alwsome content and thanks.

My husband and I have stayed here. The Farnsworth did not disappoint. The scariest stay I have ever had in my life.

Holy crap...my Mom has stayed at this place several times when she was doing her Gettysburg reenacting. She said she didn't encounter any ghosts, of course she was placed in rooms not known for being haunted.

I have been to the farnsworth house and have had the same experience two different times years apart where in the cellar I always seem to find a penny on my seat and there is never one there when I sit down

We stayed at the Farnsworth and did not experience any paranormal activity. But the basement and attic I did think it was creepy.

Pretty hypocritical and irresponsible to say you don't allow ouija boards because of portals but you willingly keep one in the basement for entertainment purposes.
