This and the Haunting of Hill house are ABSOLUTELY spectacular. Fucking great horror and drama series. Scary and tugs at your heartstrings.

This seems like a mix between the classic novels, turn of the screw and Rebecca! Rebecca it's literally my favorite book of all time. It's available for free online and audiobook. I highly suggest anyone who enjoyed this recap to listen to the audio book. It's not very long and it is absolutely fantastic. But try to go in blind it's really easy for spoilers to ruin the mystery

It's a mix of all Henry James stories The Haunting of Hill House was a mix of all Shirley Jackson stories And Fall of the House of Usher was a mix of all Edgar Allen Poe stories. That's kind of the theme of this "Haunting of-" series.

I enjoyed this series but not nearly as much as Midnight Mass, that held my attention from start to finish. Unfortunately this series did not hold my attention nearly enough nor did it hold a candle to Midnight Mass. But hey that's just my opinion you can formulate your own
