Hello Jason and Johnson. It is what I'm sensing that the spirits/people that you both heard walking around near the tunnel in the speakeasy are interested in the devices you have placed on the bar. I believe this is why they are going off. Before, you both heard walking when your devices were picking up on something, I also sense that there are spirits/people sitting at the bar. As if they were there before you entered the speakeasy to start your investigation. Quite amazing indeed. 😊

We could find no evidence of anyone else on the property. That leaves us with two options - either an animal, or paranormal. If it was an animal. it must have been big, because the noise literally sounded like someone trying to break through the wall - which makes it less likely that it could be hiding behind walls....interesting moment either way. - JV

The noise after saying`Let`s toast to the German @54:50 sounded exactly like a burp......and unfortunately,you may have to pass off some of the "lesser" noises to animals in the walls(I`m used to them),being such an aging building.... I sure appreciate not having to listen to the semi foreboding music that is added to the TV shows. That would only be turned off when the actual sounds or disembodied voices were played back.
