I played ruthless in affliction, god damn I was so happy when I drop amulet and after weeks a vial and make Zerphi's heart, soul eater is a legal cheat on this mode))) btw played on toxic rain ballista, drop by myself quillrain and have killed shaper, elder and sirus with that build
