I could never figure out how to work the velcro with mine. Lol. I did get one of the wavy ones and loved how it looked too. I agree they should make then in wazy. The headband seemed small for my head. 22". Thanks for the review

Hi Vicky! I'm going to leave the fabric tape over the velcro on mine and just wear my own headband, scarf or hat and that works just fine! I think the headband feels small because it has those velcro strips in it so it doesn't have as much stretch. I honestly don't think the velcro isn't needed, I think it holds just fine without it. Maybe give that a try! 💛😊👍

Hi Linda, I had a hunch these were half wigs. Keep in mind that the Turban Hair system is different in that those are just a long weft with velcro to attach to the turban. The Headband Hair System is much more versatile in that you can add your own headband, scarf or hat. You could definitely wear a wig grip underneath if you felt you needed to. For me it held on just fine without anything underneath. At one point in the video I kind of shake my head up and down and the only thing that moved was the bun! lol 🤣😂🤣

Gee thanks. I just come here to watch you put on pretty wigs and then I end up buying every color headband at PY. I bought both Angel Wing and Golden Wheat bangs and 1 long Angel Wing and a wavy long and a regular long Golden Wheat. I then saw the PY turbans and bought 3 of them with the same colors, then I saw two adorable wigs, Haley and Mia, and bought one of each. I had to dip my credit card into ice water to cool it down! The headband joins both at the nape and on top so I guess if you really want that security, it's there. Personally for me, I'm not tied to their headband so it's fine the way it is. I will leave the fabric over the velcro strip and I will cover it with my own headband, scarf or hat. I'll definitely be wearing this summer to the beach and out in the boat! Hey Beth, I have a couple questions about colors. I have been purchasing Buttered Toast because I love the dimensions of colors. I just ordered Jackson in the Allspice color because I loved it on you. I’m looking for a blonde that has dimension and isn’t too blonde. I have a Sunkissed blonde and it’s too light for me. I’m considering the color 18/22 Warm Toffee, but would like your opinion please. Is there a blonde color out there you might recommend? Thanks in advance, Karen

Hi Karen! Sunkissed blonde is light but if you choose Sunkissed Rooted in VersaFiber or the rooted euro collection those are darker. They have a root and it runs throughout so it darkens the blonde. I think you’ll like Allspice, it’s really similar to sunkissed rooted. SF12/28 is also a nice bronde like buttered toast. Hope that helps dear! 💛🤗💛

Hi Laurie! If you watch thru the video I do touch on that it's feels tighter on my head but as you can see with the cap construction, it has the velcro adjusters so you can tighten or loosen. There's a spot in the video where I whip my head back and forth and it doesn't move at all! 💛😊👍

You’re welcome! I think you could absolutely thin the bangs. I would thin from underneath. I will absolutely wear this with my own headband, scarves and hats. Just leave the fabric tape over the Velcro on the wig. . Now the bangs may need to be attached to something or maybe they could be placed under the wig, so that holds them in place and then put your headband over everything! 💞🤗👍 Thank you dear! 💛😘

Really glad you decided to do these I have never been able to make sense of them and very few good reviews. I think they'd be easiest worn with a scarf or a hat. I think a scarf would be really pretty and I should've shown that you can do that too and not just the headbands that they sell! I'm not taking the fabric tape off of the velcro because it's not necessary. That also gives you the flexibility to wear it with hats and scarves. Hi Beth, I was just looking at these headband wigs & wondering how they work!! Thank you for reviewing them. I wasn’t sure if they could be worn with headbands other than the ones from PY. As long as the bangs weren’t being used I guess they could be used with any stretchy headband that obscures the front edge. Hope you’re feeling better!!🫶🥰💞

I love your videos but I'll never buy from Paula Young again. I returned 2 wigs almost 2 weeks ago and had absolutely no contact from them (on top of their return form being more confusing than a tax return). When I reached out to contact them, they said it could be 5 to 7 more business days. I don't think they'd wait 3 or 4 weeks or my payment. :(

I just bought the Maura wig and I'm not happy with it,I'm digging the bob style,but this wig is NOT soft,it is rough,and it has this choppy cut on top that just looks like someone hacked the hair up,I spent fifty bucks I didn't have for this wig😢I don't have a lot of money to spend but I have to have a wig,I'm so unhappy

@@amyplummer8268 My suggestion would be to look at the higher end cap features such as lace front, mono top, mono part, the hand-tied couture wigs, etc. I think you'll like those and also I would choose rooted colors and/or VersaFiber from paula young which is rooted and heat safe so the fibers look very natural. 💛💛😊😊
