searching for a good, effective and strong healer build for the incursion or just for the open world? in this video i go over a good build i personally use and hopefully will help others out there.

You could farm for the perfect opportunistic it doesn’t have to be a god roll either if you are running technician class it’ll give you that extra skill tier just make sure you get repair skill or skill haste on it to reroll it… Technician also helps at the love birds too cause technician class allows you to be immune to disrupt if you are close to your hive and Martinez sometimes likes to throw disrupt grenades at you… that messed up a couple of my runs when I used survivalist instead of technician

You should be running demo. It gives 5% dttooc to your whole team. Way better than the extra skill repair that you don't even notice due to diminishing returns

Perfect opportunistic though gives you 5% armor from the brand set (Uzina) in place of 20% repair skills from alps. That essentially means the enemies will be getting more damage from teammates but your skills will heal them less. For a pure healer build I use an alps chest piece with an empathic resolve talent, switch to an initiative backpack and use the Carbine 7 with reformation (or any other assault rifle or generally weapon with that talent).

@@Butcher851 you do really that repair skills has diminished returns right? When you have so much of it and add another "20%" mod it doesn't actually give you 20%. Therefore you are better speccing into something else and benefiting more from that. Besides the title of the video is labeled for incursion and the incursion your role as healer is to give the group more damage and keep them alive. I have 100 clears of the incursion and several flawless. I can show you if you would like.

@@slaughter819 when I play with a team usually the dps has demo on… as a healer I always have technician on for that protection from disrupt in the love bird section since I’m running a healer hive… Martinez usually throws grenades that disrupt the skills and usually keeps players from using pulse booster and striker shield I like preventing that from happening cause I’ve had that happen a couple of times now and it has caused us to wipe! Having that perk has made the incursion less random cause Martinez doesn’t always throw that nade but once in a while she’ll be annoying and toss a couple!

@@slaughter819 I am aware of Diminishing Returns. The video title also says for the Whole Division 2. I also have Opportunistic as well and switch around with Future chest piece. That's why I said Pure Healer in the build I mentioned. If your job is just keeping your group mates alive and nothing else. If you want to also help with damage I agree, opportunistic is the way to go.
