As I watched this I was immediately drawn to that sweet baby’s eyes. She looked defeated and so tired. Bit once Ally started stroking her and speaking to her those eyes started to brighten up with hope. What a beautiful thing to watch.

Brought tears to my eyes. Poor sweetheart, used by humans like a “machine” until her old age and no dignity at all, sent to an auction to die 😢. This is heartbreaking. Horses are extremely intuitive and they know she’s there to help them. I’ve enjoyed watching your videos of her loving these horses back to life. You have to remember how calm Ally has to be while she's standing in HELL.. That takes a very special heart. I've been in my own version during Katrina. Keeping my heart open was the most difficult thing I've ever done. I had to let go of anger & keep my heart open to love. In order to be useful.

I am not sad anymore when i see these posts . Ot use to heartwrench me .Crying looking at their pain and lack of hope in their eyes ...and than i know that soon i will see them in the bliss ,free and settled ,calm and curious and their spirit lifted .i cant wait to see this horse again in a month or 2 . . Ally, I believe that each of us have God given gifts. Some of us are lucky enough to know right off the bat what God's given gifts are and sometimes we have to look a little bit deeper to find them. Your gift is so apparent when you choose that special horse and they immediately know they have hope. Whether it be a animal or person there is no greater gift than hope and love. Those horses immediately know that you are there to help them get better. Girl you are AWESOME. I know that God showers you with His blessings. Whenever one of your babies need extra help put out the call and we will go into our praye and lift them up. My favorite saint is St. Francis of Assisi. Bless you Ally.

This mule is healthy; it makes my head spin that it's on the path to slaughter. There's a glut of horses, ponies, mules and donkeys in the US for a variety of reasons but one of them is because too many are being bred by people who have no business breeding them. These auction houses always seem full; I understand these animals are moved around but at some point they not sellable. And there aren't 1000 Ally's out there taking them in. There has to be additional solutions....I'm glad for rescuers like Ally, and she's limited.

I agree 💯% Over breeding is a big problem. Breeders need to be held accountable for the animals they breed. What every the reason they are in auction house, the owners must be held accountable. I believe visible public information informing owners of other options such as sanctuaries are available. Also stricter regulation on who can own animals. horses, donkeys and mules are expensive. If people can't afford them they should not own them. It inhuman for animals to have suffer like this

I find it so disturbing how people force a poor creature to do their work for them and when the poor creature gets older, develops health issues, or can no longer do the persons work, they try to discard them las if they never did the work instead of caring for them. Oh my heart. She looks just like our beloved Mule Francis. Same exact story, except Francis was Dumped with her lifelong teammate Florence to us. They were already in their 30’s when the Amish POS dumped them at the feedlot. We were blessed to help pull them, then become their home. We had 5 beautiful years with them before loosing first Florence to senior reasons, then Francis to congestive heart failure within months. I’m still convinced Francis died of a broken heart after Florence left her. These big, beautiful draft mules…. They are the sweetest souls, with the gentlest hearts and when we are in the position again to save more, I’ll save as many as I can. ❤❤❤❤Thank you guys for doing what you do to. There are not enough of us saving these gentle creatures from the horrors of the meat industry.
