@@PeterMRiley I’m sorry to hear about the cancer and hardships you had to endure. I hope you might take some comfort in knowing you are not alone in this. At the end, everyone will face the question of what comes next, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that if you pray to Jesus now sincerely and diligently, to ask Him into your life, He will answer you. If you are uncertain if He is God, pray in this way that He shows you, and 100% He will. Even if humans put in our best efforts daily, the world would not be much better than it is now (filled with pain, suffering, problematic, etc..) which is why God requires perfection to enter heaven. But none of us is perfect - that is why Jesus’ gift and following Jesus is the good news or “the Gospel.” Jesus took responsibility for His creation, and came down in the form of a man and led a perfect sinless life. But though He led the perfect life, He was heavily mistreated and humanity killed Him on a cross where He took on the penalty of our wrongdoings (sin). He rose again to life on the 3rd day and is now in heaven. We now have a path to heaven by believing in (that Jesus’ work on the cross cleanses us of all sin) and following Jesus. But out of love for you I share this next part that you may enter heaven, the type of faith that saves is obedient faith to Jesus that continues for the remainder of your life (see the Bible: John 15, Matthew 7, Colossians 1, Romans 10). That is, you accept Jesus as your Lord (which means Master) and Savior - implying that we follow His commands and no longer live for ourselves. However, He is the good Master who died for us and His commands are rooted in love and honesty. I cannot tell you anything else that makes it more convenient to enter heaven because it be would false. Jesus is knowable, and He can even clearly interact with you if you are willing to follow Him. If you ever want to know if you are in the faith that saves, examine your life against the books of 1,2,3 John. If you are in need of evidence that the Bible is accurate down to the smallest detail, check out the documentary Patterns of Evidence: Exodus. With love, I will be praying for you.

Sorry to hear that Peter. My diagnosis is high-grade prostatic intraductal adenocarcinoma, metastatic stage I am 59 years old. Statistically, I may not see my 62nd bithday. 59% of men in my condition have survived past 3 years and only 25% live past year 5. I salute you that you have the courage to share your experience in such a way. Your videos are uplifting for many I presume. Meditations by Marcus Aurelius has remained on my bed side since my prognosis. Godspeeed brother.

Go listen to Dr. Thomas Seyfried on KZbin. Think outside the main stream. It's good solid information that Dr. Seyfried gives and it just might save your life. By the way I know a man with stage 4 prostrate cancer that took Ivermectin when he had Covid and his cancer disappeared. These parasiite drugs like Fenbendazole and Ivermectin seem to be good at killing cancer but cancer doctors are ignorant or unwilling to tell patients about it. No profit in telling someone with cancer to go on a ketogenic diet and take cheap parasite drugs.

Hi Peter. Thanks for the update. I really appreciate your videos. I was diagnosed with stage IV NETs in 2021 at age 64. Tumors are in my small intestine, liver and bones. Never had any carcinoid symptoms. Because my tumors had spread to my entire liver and bones, resection was not an option. After about a year on Lanreotide, which had initially arrested progression, Chromogranin-A and PET scans showed thst the tumor growth had returned. Next step for me was 8 months of lutetium Lu 177 dotatate radiation treatments. Each infusion knocked me down for a couple of days, but I was back riding my bicycle within 5 days. The Lu 177 arrested and/or shrank my tumors, and dropped and stabilized my Chromogranin-A levels. Now back on monthly Lanreotide injections. I feel great most of the time. My oncologist says...and I agree...that staying active and keeping a positive attitude are key to coping with NETs. There are lots of rough patches in this journey, so hang in there and power through them. Do your best to stay active and stay positive!

Wow just come across your channel. I am a nurse and you have been through a couple of really rough surgeries dear. It’s a very rough road isn’t it. It’s difficult when you loose your condition and are unable to do the things you were once able to do, it’s hard feeling weak and not having the get up and go to do all of the things you want to do, you don’t even have the energy to go to all of the routine consults, tests and scans, it gets very old very quickly, you life is consumed from the moment of your diagnoses. You have done incredibly well dear, your determined and strong and if you are remaining well at the moment that is a bonus. I’m very sorry that you are facing all of this, it’s consuming, but like you say it becomes a new normal❤ all the very best beautiful boy!

Such a horrible cancer, currently sitting beside my father who's at the end stage of it. He's hoping he might outlive their 2-3 month estimate, but he's already drastically reduced his liquid and food intake.. already know time is more limited than hoped, which tends to happen once people get enrolled in hospice and that people tend to just let go of hope.

Just happened to come across your video at 3.30 am . Another sleepiness night . My son , 43, was just diagnosed with bowel cancer 3 weeks ago . Scans and MRI have showed 2 small spots on his liver . Lymph nodes look good on his scans . His bowel resection is book for October 30th . The doctors will consult this week wether to burn his 2 spots off his liver but as doing so there will be nothing to biopsy and therefore just go ahead with chemo and assume they are cancerous . The second option is to leave the 2 spots on his liver for now and check again in 3 months time . The spots are so small they can't tell exactly what they are. With the little knowledge that I have going down this road I'm steering towards the first option . I feel it's the most sensible one . Thank you for your video . I'm sure it is helping many people out there . Sending best wishes of healing to you .

The algorithm suggested this video to me, and I knew why once you started speaking. My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor in 2005. Back then, most oncologists had no familiarity with NET. As a result, my dad did nine months of chemo designed for pancreatic adenocarcinoma. When that didn’t work, I found a clinical trial for him. That clinical trial drug worked well for 2 1/2 years. When that stopped working, I found him another clinical trial. After spending about nine months on the placebo, he was converted to the active drug . He was on that active drug for about five years. When that stopped working as well, he had a liver resection. Later that same year IN 2013, he had half his pancreas removed. In 2018, he had a liver embolization and then starting in 2021 he did four rounds of PRRT that shrunk his liver mets significantly. In December, he has yet another round of Dotate scans. Neuroendocrine tumor is a wild ride. The treatments have improved significantly, and far more oncologists have some idea how to treat it, and now they know about neuroendocrine centers. I just wanted to let you know that my dad has had pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor for 18 years and has been able to keep the cancer relatively contained. Unfortunately, that does mean sometimes the cancer figures out a way around a treatment. But luckily, so many treatments are now available, there is now a plan A and B and C. I wish the best for you and hope your treatment journey is as successful as my dad’s has been. And please don’t let the inevitable setbacks affect your hope for your future. It will be difficult, but the rapid pace of advancement for treating neuroendocrine tumor is impressive and will likely continue to be so.

I have wondered about you often and because you were quiet I thought that thankfully you were happy and well and you looked so fit last time we saw you. As you had NED it all looked so good. I understand that this horrible disease takes no prisoners, but I am praying for effective treatment and a positive outcome for you and your wife. With best wishes, of course Stay positive Janice 👵 🇬🇧

My spouse has NET cancer. His also started with primary tumor in small bowel. His initial PET scan revealed an incidental brain tumor (inoperable) as well. He had had a small bowel resection and NED scans (minus the brain tumor that hasn’t grown much) last January and this July. We are hopeful for a long life together still. Subscribed.

Hearing you speak with your signature positivity actually made me smile, even after the news was shared. It of course would be preferable if you didn't have to deal with any glitches at all, but it is for sure a different ball game when things are being closely monitored as they now are. I truly hope you can soon retire from your part-time job, having kicked the cancer to the curb or wherever else you prefer to send it. Love to you and family. 💜💪💜☯️💜 Karen
